The client: Surrey Interiors

Surrey Interiors specialise in designing and installing kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and home offices. They also provide building refurbishments, with products from top brands like English Rose and Sheraton. The business is based in Walton-Upon-Thames and has customers throughout Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire.

Surrey Interiors had used other SEO companies. However their experience hadn’t been positive and they had become frustrated with the process.

Graham Munns, owner of Surrey Interiors said ‘We had tried other SEO companies but they were not up to our standards. Some appeared quite incompetent and really didn’t know what they were doing. We were looking for a better supplier and Total SEO said there was no contract when working with them and that we should judge them on results.’

 

Our work

We commenced work with Surrey Interiors in July 2013 helping to optimise the website and start building its trust and reputation with Google. The work involves working on and off-site to build up authority and momentum with the search engines. This includes writing original content, working on Google Business listings and a whole range of proactive tasks to generate a buzz about the website to improve visibility and ranking in the search engines.

In addition the client has benefitted from monthly checks and audits as well as regular updates and reports on keyword positions and traffic levels.

As with other clients a key part of the relationship is the ongoing contact and the monitoring and reporting we undertake. With a dedicated account manager the client receives updates on the progress of the SEO activity and a point of contact for any queries and suggestions. This relationship has been key to the success in promoting Surrey Interiors online.
